They seem to have a Fees based business model $450 to tell me nothing I did not already know and only a single option costing $25,000 to fix the problem. it seems to me they don't actually want the job just excessive fees for less than an hour of time.

Excellent in every aspect of their work. Our home is 35 years old and needed updating of electrical based on technology needs, additional outdoor needs for lighting, a pool and spa. Charles reviewed in detail what we wanted to achieve, offered some suggestions and then prepared a proposal covering everything we discussed.He and his team really over delivered on everything promised. Would retain their services again in a heart beat.

Had a light switch bust and needed replaced. They were on time, helped work through the issue of the box being smaller than normal, and also provided good pointers with other light issues around the house. Will definitely use again.

Making an appointment was easy, and they were very responsive in providing an estimate (which was accurate). Jose arrived on time, and was polite and very competent. He moved a light fixture (a chandelier) from one home to another. He was careful - as the fixture was fragile - and he consistently checked with me about what he was about to do. I would definitely use them again! (As a bonus - he was nice to my dogs!!)

Chang and Fixer were incredibly helpful, effective, and reasonably priced. I could not have asked for a better plumbing service. Chang arrived on time, fixed the clogged sink faster than expected, and was able to clean up quickly. I’ll be using Fixer for home repairs going forward.

I called Adams Electrical Services located 4527 S. Drexel, to get an estimate because he’s in the area and upon his request I sent him a picture of the job.He responded with a price of $550 to move an electrical conduit up which is really ridiculous because this job would take maybe one hour or two at the most.It’s a shame when contractors try to take advantage of folks (especially females) thinking that we are desperate and don’t know any better. So typical and wrong!
