Contacted A to Z electric Co. And was able to set up assessment times right away.Barry, a great individual who is thorough and clear, came out to do the assessment. He walked us through what he thought we'd need. We contacted them a week later to make amendments to our plan. We contacted A to Z again to do so. Bob was clear, engaged and present when asking about the changes we wanted to make.Bob came early to re assess and go over the changes again. During the assessment he looked over our existing wiring and validated that the changes we had talked about were safe and viable. His team, Frankie, Tony, and himself were professional, kind, and thorough again. They cleaned up quite well.With having an old house and I'm sure we'll be needing to update things as time goes on. We look forward to hiring them again.

I called Safe Electric on the recommendation of a friend. We have an alcove room off our family room that had no overhead lighting. We were turning it into a home office. The ceiling in the room is vaulted and we were unsure what kind of lighting would be the most practical and aesthetically pleasing. I left a message and Charles called me back the same day. We talked on the phone and discussed possible options for the room. We set up a time for an estimate the following week. The input on options was very helpful and we ended up going with four canned lights in the vaulted ceiling. The lights had to be ordered and the finishing trim piece was on back order. Since we were anxious to get the work done Charles offered to have the bulk of the work completed and have the trim installed at our conveniance when it arrived. Everyone I worked with was very professional, personable, and I really appreciated how clean they left our house when they finished! We are really pleased with final results and will definitely use them for our next project!

Peter came out today and did a fantastic job overall. I got a referral for Paul's from Home Depot and on short notice he made this job happen within 24hrs (which was especially appreciated since my kitchen lights were all out!). He was timely, professional, and did a great job explaining his work to me. Would definitely recommend his group to anyone.

They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and even though it was a pretty big job, they made sure to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on before they started working on it.I'm so glad I found this company! VoltPro arrived on time to our residence. Introduced themselves professionally. Put on shoe covers upon entry. They quickly and professionally performed the electrical work. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use VoltPro again for any future electrical jobs.

called him on Thursday august 18th, set appt for Friday august 19th at 9am. got a call from him at 9:22am and said i almost forgot about our appointment, can i come over now? told him no but we could reset it for 3pm . we both agreed. called him at 12:11pm to let him know i was running way late. left a VM but didn't hear back from him. called him at 2:11pm to make sure he had gotten the message and wouldn't waste his time to show up. didn't hear back, he said he never got my VM. we reset it for 9:30am on Saturday the 20th. he never showed or called. don't bother!

I will never know if they are good electricians, but I do know they a bad at managing their voicemail- Mike's voice on the outgoing message said to leave a message after the tone- but there was no tone. Just a mailbox full message.

Erin did a thorough, high quality job on sourcing and replacing screens. Also helpful in locating handles/knobs, with her supervisor. Appreciate her attitude and professional service
