I rarely leave reviews, but I want to let everyone know about the extraordinary service I received over the weekend by Tony and Grace. The electricity went out on a very cold night for one of my parent’s tenants. I called All Power Electric at 8pm on a Friday night and talked to Tony right away. I explained to Tony the situation and he immediately diagnosed the issue and told me what to do to save myself the money of calling in a dispatch (he initially said it was a ComEd issue). Because it was a cold night and the tenants had a little boy, I still wanted him to come out and make sure that everything was working as should. He was at the property quickly, troubleshooted everything and repeated his initial diagnosis (that it was a ComEd issue). I tried calling ComEd via their main customer service number several times but since it was after hours I was not able to get through to a live person. The next day Tony found out that power still was not restored and unable to get through to a live person and he had Grace call ComEd directly via a number they used as contractors and not only were we able to get through to a live person but we found out the problem was that the unit was improperly registered which led to the power being cut. If it weren’t for Tony and Grace the tenants would have been without power the entire weekend and I would have had to relocate them. While this review isn’t for work that was performed, it’s a testament to the great work ethic of both of these individuals.I would also like to say that I called two other 24 hour electricians before calling All Power Electric and one didn’t answer until the next day and the other wouldn’t be able to dispatch someone until two days later. All Power Electric responded right away and was at the property quickly. I will definitely call them in the future and highly recommend them.

They were extremely accommodating of our need for an inspection last minute on a holiday weekend. Very thorough inspection and extremely professional service from Cam. Facetimed my dad in, who's a licensed electrician but lives in NY for the inspection and he was also impressed with work done. Would recommend.

Terrific company! Owner Darrell is super responsive and concerned about customer needs and satisfaction. And the plumber he sent -- Zeno -- arrived early and did a wonderful job in record time, all while explaining everything and answering many questions about plumbing issues in old houses -- a real expert! Would definitely hire and ask for Zeno again.

I called Safe Electrical Services they set up a appointment window Mitch came out quoted the job of replacing and rewiring a burned out panel. He was very professional and personable as welk as courteous he thoroughly explained the issue and what he see as the probably and on the day we set up he and his coworker got right to work and explaining everything in full detail. I had a very good experience with Montoya Electric. They made time in their schedule to meet my needs of getting the work finished before I moved into a new home. They did a quick and efficient relocation of existing outlets and switches for a new floor plan, but also installed new outlets and serviced my obsolete electrical panel. They were cost effective and on time. Will use them again !

We are so happy with the work done by these electrical contractors in Chicago. Our front porch light was relocated to a better position and they changed it from a motion-sensor light to a regular switch. Nick is the best! He came to help with a disfunctional/broken breaker main which kept flipping off when the AC kicked on during the summer, solved my problem the same day and charged me fairly! What more could i ask for? Best of all my Ac no longer trips my breaker main now!
