I called Mighty Electric this morning at 8AM because my house lost power in the middle of the night, which left me with no heat.They immediately dispatched someone, even with a full schedule and limited slots available. A technician named Eddie came and within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue and even explained to Comed that there was both a partial power and meter issue. While Comed worked to figure out their issues, he went to work getting power and heat back on, as he expressed concern about my pipes freezing in the 15 degree weather!
