He walked us through what he thought we'd need. We contacted them a week later to make amendments to our plan. We contacted A to Z again to do so. Bob was clear, engaged and present when asking about the changes we wanted to make.Bob came early to re assess and go over the changes again. During the assessment he looked over our existing wiring and validated that the changes we had talked about were safe and viable. His team, Frankie, Tony, and himself were professional, kind, and thorough again. They cleaned up quite well.With having an old house and I'm sure we'll be needing to update things as time goes on.
