Jeanette from the beginning helped me in understanding the electrician world and getting prepared for our appointment. Kent came prepared and there is no task that Kent can't do. I lost power to my house in Chicago. The company sent out an electrician immediately. He found the issue after looking at my breaker panel box. He worked on wiring, installing and repairing my electrical circuits. The electrician worked all night to restore the power and got the job done.I'm very happy with their service and will be using them again. Mike was very nice and communicated very well through out the whole process.

I was scared at 6am when I smelled smoke and found electric sparks under the fridge. Thankfully Darrell answered my call right away and sent an electrician within an hour. Charles and his crew were top notch. They were able to promptly find and rectify a dangerous issue in our home that led to multiple electrical problems. He pointed out the exact causes, which in our case were exposed and faulty wiring and improper circuit breakers in the panel box. The quality of their work is unmatched as you can clearly see the difference as they take you through step by step in showing what was done. He also was very communicative about what he was doing and gave me different options based on my needs regarding the outlets. Sam and Eric has become my go-to when in need of an electrician. My dad and I have a rental property that was built in 1935, so it has required a lot of upgrades and repairs. Eric responds very quickly to requests and his team members are always on time, do excellent work and are great to work with. I highly recommend for any form of electrical work you may require.

I just had a great experience with Neuman Electrical Services. I had a lot of work done over the course of a few weeks after closing on a property before moving in. I got a new electrical panel, under cabinet lighting, canned lights for a few rooms, and I had a lot of fixes done for the prior owner's substandard work. Everything went great, and they always kept me updated and showed up on time, every time. I won't be hesitating to call back if I need more work done in the future.

Lucas came in the morning after I called with an emergency to install my porch lights. He was totally dependable, gave us great tips on how to replace the rusty fitting and was great value for all the work it took to replace it. I highly recommend this electrical company!

Great service. Tom was very knowledgeable and tried his best to figure out a problem. In the end, the knowledge he gave me was the solution and I am very grateful for his services!The initial rate is $160 for the first half hour and $35 there after. It might seem steep, but Tom definitely knows his stuff and if he doesn't, is connected to people that do which is the best you can ask for.Overall I'd recommend Wizard Electric. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and will put up with BS surrounding customers that most electricians would steer away from.5 out of 5 stars
