I rarely leave reviews, but I want to let everyone know about the extraordinary service I received over the weekend by Tony and Grace. The electricity went out on a very cold night for one of my parent’s tenants. I called All Power Electric at 8pm on a Friday night and talked to Tony right away. I explained to Tony the situation and he immediately diagnosed the issue and told me what to do to save myself the money of calling in a dispatch (he initially said it was a ComEd issue). Because it was a cold night and the tenants had a little boy, I still wanted him to come out and make sure that everything was working as should. He was at the property quickly, troubleshooted everything and repeated his initial diagnosis (that it was a ComEd issue). I tried calling ComEd via their main customer service number several times but since it was after hours I was not able to get through to a live person. The next day Tony found out that power still was not restored and unable to get through to a live person and he had Grace call ComEd directly via a number they used as contractors and not only were we able to get through to a live person but we found out the problem was that the unit was improperly registered which led to the power being cut. If it weren’t for Tony and Grace the tenants would have been without power the entire weekend and I would have had to relocate them. While this review isn’t for work that was performed, it’s a testament to the great work ethic of both of these individuals.I would also like to say that I called two other 24 hour electricians before calling All Power Electric and one didn’t answer until the next day and the other wouldn’t be able to dispatch someone until two days later. All Power Electric responded right away and was at the property quickly. I will definitely call them in the future and highly recommend them.

Eric Vieth did our electrical repairs last Friday, June 17th and he was outstanding. Extremely profession, thorough and friendly.

Daryl and his team, Brian and Enis, were outstanding. They were courteous, clean and thorough. We closed on our house in early December and had some fire hazards due to electrical issues that needed to get dealt with ASAP. Daryl got his guys out a day later and banged it out. The job was excellent and gave us peace of mind as we settled into our new home. Thanks fellas!

I called several electricians in and around the Beverly area and many didn't return my call. Safe electrical returned my call, promptly scheduled service (I had to wait a week for service but it was not an emergency) and called when they were 15-30 minutes away to let me know they were arriving shortly. They corrected all broken outlets in my mom's condo and my mom said the electrician was kind and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Here's my experience with Dunning and my opinion based on that experience....--- Summary:Dunning Electrical Services- doesn't follow up with calls or emails- doesn't manage their customer expectations well- doesn’t listen to customer concerns- has the attitude that their work is a favor to the customer- will bully people to protect their businessI initially chose to work with them because I've had good experiences with Dunning and they had a good reputation in my condo building. We've used Dunning on other occasions and have been happy. We have even recommended them to friends.This time, however, Dunning’s responsiveness was horrible and completely changed my position about this company. My husband and I won't be back. We wasted over a month trying to get a job done only to start over with a different contractor.--- DetailsI contacted this company at end of June / early July to have work done. I was put in touch with Al. It took a week or two but we got an informal estimate of about $1200 for the work. This came with many apologies for the slow turn around times because “work is crazy.” To help move things along, I sent a more detailed description of the work that I wanted to have done. It was nearly the end of July before we were given a written estimate. The estimate had increased to $2800. During this time, Al typically doesn’t return phone calls, voice messages, or email in the time frame that he promises.It's now the beginning of August. We scheduled the work time and drove in from out of state to be present when the work is done. Al promises on a Wednesday to call Thursday with an appointment time for Friday. Thursday comes and goes - no communication from Al. I call him on Friday. He's non-committal about a time, but will get back to me. Around noon two guys show up unannounced from Dunning.They take pictures and leave. Evidently, the appointment was not to do the work - but it was to see what was needed to do the job. This had not been explained to me and I have a signed estimate for the work.I am mad about my wasted time and being misled by Al. I communicate to the workers that I was getting the run around. All they said was OK” about 5 times. My response is, “No, it’s not OK.” As they left, they said they were going back to Al. I asked if this was for another estimate. They said yes. – A third estimate!After the workers leave, I call Dunning to complain about the entire situation. An employee named Adam answers the phone. Al out to lunch – again. Adam does not listen but explains that this whole thing is my misunderstanding. Adam promises to forward my concerns to the owner. I explained that I wanted the call back by 3 PM or I am moving to another company. It’s noon.I get a call back before 3 PM. It's both Al and Adam. The owner is not part of this. Adam said the owner was “busy.” They explain to me that the misunderstanding was my fault because they are doing business like they always have. Additionally, they informed me that their workers felt threatened while in my condo and that Adam himself called my association office to report me. Adam was clear that I had already been reported to the association office because his workers felt threatened and because I had communicated my intention to speak with other residents in the building about my experience with Dunning Electric. Adam took the opportunity to state that Dunning Electric does a lot of business in my building and has an excellent reputation.Adam then went on to inform me that they would do me the service of performing the work. Lucky me. At this point, what is going through my mind is that it’s been six-weeks and I still don’t have an accurate estimate and hung up. Shortly after this I received an email from Dunning respectfully declining to do the work.I've moved to another company. Owner/Operator Daryl Brooks was very professional. He arrived, on-time w/ all needed equipment. The job was neatly done, however, it did not take hours upon hours. He came for an estimate, made suggestions for the job I had in mind, then came back on the scheduled day to install the outlet.I am very pleased w/ the level of work he provided and my daugther and I will be able to enjoy more outdoor time (movies/music) now that we have a new outlet on our patio!Good Job, young man!

Just had All Pro come out and install some semi-flush lights in our concrete ceiling. They look great and the installers were courteous, professional and took care to keep our home clean while working. I would definitely do business with them again.

Nick is the best! He came to help with a disfunctional/broken breaker main which kept flipping off when the AC kicked on during the summer, solved my problem the same day and charged me fairly! What more could i ask for? Best of all my Ac no longer trips my breaker main now!

called him on Thursday august 18th, set appt for Friday august 19th at 9am. got a call from him at 9:22am and said i almost forgot about our appointment, can i come over now? told him no but we could reset it for 3pm . we both agreed. called him at 12:11pm to let him know i was running way late. left a VM but didn't hear back from him. called him at 2:11pm to make sure he had gotten the message and wouldn't waste his time to show up. didn't hear back, he said he never got my VM. we reset it for 9:30am on Saturday the 20th. he never showed or called. don't bother!
