What a find! I'd been saving up a bunch of little and big-ish electrical jobs in my house for a while and finally decided to bite the bullet. Kent and Jeannette (his scheduler) were SO attentive and communicative with me from the get-go. He was slammed with some huge emergency kind of jobs for bigger clients, but he and Jeannette made sure to schedule time for my non-emergency stuff, and even offered to come to my place on an evening or weekend for no extra charge.He really considers every job equally important. His pricing was very competitive, and my jobs (from switching out some hanging lamps, putting in a new halogen bulb, to bigger jobs like bringing an electrical outlet to my outdoor deck) were not going to make him a millionaire, but he treated me like they would. He's a perfectionist and wouldn't allow my lamp to hang from the ceiling any way but the exact length and direction I wanted.Plus he's so much fun to work with. He's hilarious, down to earth, and has stories that will blow your mind. At the same time, he's extremely professional, knowledgable and meticulous about his work. He comes from a long line of electricians in his family and takes his work and your safety very seriously.And i haven't even mentioned Bob yet. Bob came with Kent the second time out, and he was just as warm, friendly and professional as Kent. My house presented loads of century-old challenges to them, but they did NOT charge me extra for the extra work. They stayed true to their quote. I love these guys and feel like I have electricians in the family now. I'll definitely be calling Kent for my next job.

Our garage lost power and we knew about Arnold from some friends and from research about their services. Several Arnold workers communicated with us, made an assessment and finally did the required work. Tim handled the intake call with great professionalism and was very helpful with his suggestions and clearly wanted to help us as much as possible. Scheduling and confirming was easy, all's one through an automated system but with easy to reach human workers just a phone call away. Derek came out to do the assessment at our place and outlined several options for updating several code related issues (and costs) in addition to detailing the plan and costs for installing a new underground line to the garage. He went over each option and explained the purpose and procedure for all of the work that was proposed and answered all of my questions. Then, Eric V. Came out with a couple other guys to dig the trench and install the new garage line as well as do the other proposed work inside by the panel. The job went really smooth and everything works and looks great. Of particular importance was Eric's and the whole team's willingness to dig the trench and route the garage conduit in such a way that our nice patio and stone installation didn't have to be moved or changed at all. The workers at Arnold took our concerns about this very seriously and even collaborated with me personally by considering an annotated picture layout I sent via email which explained some of the layout and situations on our property in more detail. All in all I can't recommend these guys more highly. I felt very comfortable working with them and having them on the property. I guess we've got our building electricians!

Super grateful to Lucasz - he came out in a BLIZZARD because my electrical stopped working and short circuited. He was at my place less than an hour after I called. He fixed the breaker easily and quickly. He was upfront about his costs on the phone which were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician!

We had to remodel and needed a lot of electrical work, but A and K was amazing, they helped through the whole process and made everything extremely smooth. I had gotten quotes from several companies in the area and A and K was the most affordable, and ended up doing amazing work. High Recommend!!!

I have used Penco for years and have always been satisfied with their work. They maintain our generator but we also used them to install smart switches. More recently they installed lights, a new panel and electrical switches to support my small woodworking shop. Everything was completed professionally and they provided me with guidance and consultation every step of the way.

They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and even though it was a pretty big job, they made sure to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on before they started working on it.I'm so glad I found this company! I had a short circuit that was causing my entire house to be on fire, and they were able to get me back up and running in no time at all. I'll definitely be using them again when I need electrical work done--and I highly recommend them to anyone else who needs help with their electrical problems!

I called Adams Electrical Services located 4527 S. Drexel, to get an estimate because he’s in the area and upon his request I sent him a picture of the job.He responded with a price of $550 to move an electrical conduit up which is really ridiculous because this job would take maybe one hour or two at the most.It’s a shame when contractors try to take advantage of folks (especially females) thinking that we are desperate and don’t know any better. So typical and wrong!
