My experience with IRV has been top-notch. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Chuck, our technician, arrived promptly at the beginning of our appointment window. He confirmed what he was going to assess during his appointment. After his inspection, Chuck talked through what he found by providing explanations for recommendations and course of action. All of his notes were typed up, which he sent after the appointment. This was very helpful. I felt no pressure to act immediately or that I was forced into any agreement.I will highly recommend IRV based on my experience.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of the job. I took notice of how he did those little things that many contractor omit in an attempt to finish quickly. I added some additional requests that included plumbing and electrical that he agreed to handle while he was here. In the end his charges were more than fair. I will certainly keep Toliny Plumbing and Electrical in mind for any future repairs.
