I recently moved from Washington DC to NC. I used Michael and Sons regularly to service and maintain my home when in DC. When I found myself without power and getting no help from the utility company I was excited to see that M&S was also in this area. If possible my interaction with Cody today made me even more of a fan and loyal customer. He was attentive, kind and empathetic to my situation when others were not. While to him and others I’m sure this would be considered a simple fix but to me it was the turning point of actually being able to enjoy my new home. He took the time to explain not only what he was doing at the time but the why so that I would be prepared if it happened again. In a series of events that have gone wrong over the last few days it was nice to have something go right.

Jeremiah did incredible work and solved a drain problem that two other professional plumbers couldn't. He really knows what he is doing and is professional, kind, super clean (very conscious of cross contamination or soiling my house or possessions during repair process,) I would hire him ten times over because I was so satisfied with his work, his attitude, professionalism, PRICE, and his ability to solve tough cases! Of course, since he fixed it, I won't need to hire ten more plumbing jobs ??? but I'll surely call next time I have a drain or root problem!!

Kris took his time to explain everything he was doing. He actually went to the hardware store with me to get the things needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend KT.

I was confirmed an Appointment on Monday 3/28 with Jeff between 8AM and 10 AM. . At 11:0 AM I was advised that they were running late due to an emergency. They arrived at 2 PM. and it was not Jeff. I later asked the two Plumbers when they were due at my house . They said 1 PM which was later changed to 3 Pm. The work was done but I thought the $50 charge was too expensive. My prior experience not been satisfactory as I had a water Heater pump that did not work and then the Plumber who installed the second one was not familiar with it and it took two more visits to get it correctly functioning.
