Signed up for their whole home package. No one contacted for months. Had to track them back down. Was told I would get a refund. A month and a half later. I had to call. Got told that I would get contacted and yet again nothing. Finally called again a few weeks later. And now supposedly going to get my refund in 2-3 days. The woman could not give me a good reason why it’s taken so long or anything and clearly didn’t care. Pretty sad.

We had wonderful experience with IRV plumbing and loved our plumber, Tony! Tony was knowledgeable, reliable and considerate. As recent first-time home buyers, he was especially helpful and patient with explaining everything and also walking us through our options and personal needs for getting a new water heater. The IRV team was responsive and service-oriented. Highly recommend!
