Michael & Son provides timely and courteous service. However, this service comes at an extreme premium. I had asked them fix an existing light fixture in my kitchen. I had popped the ground and therefore the housing had to be pulled down and the wiring reconnected. I was not comfortable pulling the unit down myself, so I opted to call a professional. The technician (Bryce) arrived at 8:00am. Bryce quoted me an initial figure of $450, said it was an tier 2 job quote. I communicated that was ridiculous. He communicated since I was a new customer, he would look for discounts. He communicated $245 with the discounts. I again said to much. Bryce said that was the best he could do. I begrudgingly agreed to this estimate. At 8:32am, Bryce informs me he is done. The light fixture is reassembled and the light is working properly. Bryce did a nice job. However, as a customer, $245 for 30 minutes of work is outrageous.

After a almost 3 hour wait from this company nothing was Ever done. The guy first started out by telling me that our home was Warm well yeah I suppose so after being without air for 3 or 4 not to mention we are still unable to use the unit. He claimed to have 25 years of experience but I couldn't tell. He asked if we had Insurance which I took as an Insult. He appeared to be very Lazy and said that he was to large to get the work done. Which has nothing to do with the work being done. He walked around the house twice and than sat in the truck. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Another day in the heat. Will not be using their services again.

Chris was very professional and described in detail what parts needed replacing. He laid out the breakdown of the cost for the repair. Well worth the price highly recommend.
