He did not give up, brought in additional experts, partnered with an existing service provider we had, and took care of us at each step. Jake is outstanding at interacting with his customer. His demeanor stays calm, and he is always responsive. He listened to actually hear, validated frustrations, and stayed in problem solving mode. He even followed our project through after he was moved to another area of the company. He should train every employee on how to handle things well. What you want is a service provider that delivers on their promises and thanks to Jake, we got to that point. Roby also helped us with some smaller electrical matters while handling this project, and it is great to have peace of mind.

Used K1 home services. Got appointment for the same day. Chris called me a couple of times to keep me updated. Arrived on time and got to work quickly to fix water heater pilot lamp, which kept going off. The issue was a bad thermocouple, which is a copper wire that conducts some electricity to keep the pilot lamp alight. Fixed it in 30 minutes. Reasonable cost. Overall pleased with quick service.
