Called a handful of places first. Then I spoke with Tim and he went extra step of educating me about EVs, rebates, tax credits, etc. The technician, Mike, was professional and prompt. Today everything was cleared by inspector. An overall good experience and will hire again for electrical needs

Estimate was pricey so went with another electrician, but they seemed like nice folks

The technician (Jeremy) was great. Thorough, explained everything, etc. No complaints.

My problem was a pool filter that was damaged by a nearby lightning strike. I told Bates when I called what my issue was. When the tech diagnosed it on-site, he told me he could fix any issues of power going TO the filter or control panel, but couldn't repair the actual filter (which turned out to be the problem). So, I paid $160 - $80 for the visit, $80 per hour - for a problem that Bates couldn't fix. If I had known such limits existed, I probably would have tried another company. Disappointing.

Jeriah and Jay were Wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and helpful. Respectful of property. They took time to answer questions. All and all great experience. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Killian an his crew where very professional and on time as he promised in our first meeting. His knowledge of integrating the 26 kw generator to cover my whole house pool and pool house. Worked extremely well.
