Best Plumbing Company in Charlotte NC

The guy who came out to my house on Saturday, July 13, 2019..... HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called them out bc I had plumbing problems... he came in quotes me +700 to do a $450 job. Later tells me it's going to cost +$1200. I said stop and put my toilet back, clean up and I'll come get back in touch. He broke pieces off my toilet did not line my toilet backup with where it was before he moved it. Broke the seat on my toilet didn't bother to tell me anything.... I have not received an invoice yet.... Called Roto Rooter out the next morning, made less mess cleaned up behind themselves and cost half of what these people charged. Oh yes the $69. Call fee you charged me for should be refunded for what I went through for nothing.

John Foster came over with Dillon to install canned lighting in living areas with dimmer, change out 2 working ceiling fans with updated ones and convert a timer switch to standard switch for outdoor light. Additionally, he helped validate all my breakers inside the garage. The previous owners did not leave any tipsheet that identified what fuse lit what. He was on time, very pleasant, and helped put the older but functional fans in my car to drop off for Habitat for Humanity. I have future needs in kitchen and will be sure to request John Foster.

I've used Rayden Services numerous times for a variety of jobs. Douglas has always been professional and reasonable. His work quality is fantastic, he gets the job done! I'll be sure to use them in the future. Highly recommend!
