Absolutely amazing service! We had an electrical problem with dimming of lights all throughout the house when any appliance was used, even A/C. They found the problem quickly (damaged bonding strap in the main panel) and gave me my options. I needed a new part that was hard to find, and even when they couldn't find it they got one from another electrician. Problem was fixed in under an hour after that They even stuck around and worked with my home warranty provider so I could file a claim, and gave me a quote for another job I was thinking about. Very friendly and good at what they do, highly recommended!

I used Father and Son Electric for help installing wiring for 4 ceiling fans in my 1970s home. Their technician, Michael Mixon, showed up on time, and had everything that he needed to get the job done, and done quickly. He even installed the fans for us once the wiring was in place. Their rates were reasonable, and everyone I spoke to before and during the service call was knowledgeable and friendly. Michael talked with me at length about a number of things related to the electrical system in our house. He was not trying to upsell me on anything, he was simply providing a much needed and much appreciated education on a critical home system. We have a few other wiring projects coming up, and will absolutely be using them in the near future to complete these. Thanks for everything. Michael earned every star on this 5 star rating!

Our house was struck by lightning on a Friday around 3:00 PM. When the fire department gave us the all-clear at 3:45, I called Biggs Electrical to see when I could get an electrician out to assess the damage and help us get it fixed. They had an electrician at my door by 4:05. He explained everything he was doing, was very polite, and gave recommendations for next steps without pressuring us to purchase products or services from them. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. The only bummer was the cost. $200 to replace a single GFCI is a little steep. In the future, I'll probably DIY what I can before authorizing repairs.

My 15 amp AFCI breaker was tripping and I couldn't figure out why. Apparently, when I plugged in my central vacuum to the same circuit, it was continously running at 15.93 amps, which wore it out to the point it would trip without the vacuum. The guys at ARC Electric fixed it (separate circuit for vacuum, new breaker) and eliminated any doubts I had about electrical safety of that circuit in my home. Thank you ARC for stopping the arc. I highly recommend them!!!
