I’d needed to have my ceiling fan reinstalled. Bobby was the technician and he was quick and very thorough. He was also very friendly and conversational. His services was awesome. I’d definitely call Michael and Son again.

Leon was right on time to fix our plumbing issues -- and he was quick to do it! Charming and polite, he also gave me advice on caulking and how to do it right. We are very pleased.

A shout out to Gene who helped me this wknd. He helped me over the phone to very quickly troubleshoot and confirm that we were not having an HVAC problem but had partial power coming into the house, and he directed me to call our power company immediately. I would've called the electric company on my list of vendors from our home builders. I was home alone at night trying to comfort a cranky toddler, and Gene got me on track to make the right phone call. He even called me back a few hours later to to double check that we were taken care of.

Acosta tech Jahlani accessed the attic to perform cooling maintenance check. Jahlani was thorough and explained the status of my hvac system. I appreciate that he answered my questions about your two respective systems being offered now, August 3, 2022. I am leaning towards the surge protector, moreso than the ion creating system to prevent mold. I rate this Tech an A+. Best, Jeanne Russell..
