Horrible experience. This is a bait and switch completely dishonest business. They waive the $69 dispatch fee if you chose to do the work with them but their actual service/labor fee is ridiculously high and inconsistent. So your choice is to loose the $69 fee or pay a very high price to have the job done or call another business. They know that when they come over most people will not bother calling another electrician to restart the process so they charge you big time more , that’s their business model. The technician was very confusing with the fee and borderline unprofessional when trying t resolve my issue Stay away from them. I would never use this company again and I would look at better option if you need electrical work.

I spoke with Brianna (front office) several times related to an issue with my hot water heater. She was so friendly and helpful! It is so refreshing to speak with someone who possess a genuinely kind spirit!I can’t say enough about the technician Brandon who installed our new hot water heater. He worked diligently for 5 hours (in the cold pouring rain - because our tank is located in the garage). Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job! If you are experiencing a plumbing or electrical issue within your home you should DEFINITELY call this company.....and ask for Brandon because he is AWESOME and his customer service skills are top of the line!!!

He did a terrific job dealing with a plumbing and electrical problem that was caused by the earlier work on my kitchen. He examined the plumbing problem, studied the drainage and determined that the plumbing was not put in properly. He reassembled the plumbing and eliminated the leaking that could have created a serious problem and water damage. He also noticed that the appliance installation of a dishwasher did not have a proper box connection and repaired it. He was efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him.
