Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

Ryan and Rudy arrived soon after I called GB Electrical, out of convenience. Ryan assessed the bathroom fan and vacuumed it since there was paint that had gotten inside since internal renovation in 2020. Ryan reported bathroom fan was safe and I could use, despite new sound and softer sound when on. Recommended to replace bathroom fan, since townhome was built in 1974. Instructed me to call back after purchasing bathroom fan, which I purchased per his recommendations: Nutone straight bathroom fan.

A shout out to Gene who helped me this wknd. He helped me over the phone to very quickly troubleshoot and confirm that we were not having an HVAC problem but had partial power coming into the house, and he directed me to call our power company immediately. I would've called the electric company on my list of vendors from our home builders. I was home alone at night trying to comfort a cranky toddler, and Gene got me on track to make the right phone call. He even called me back a few hours later to to double check that we were taken care of.

Been using ARC for several years. Mike and his crew have done consistently great work for us and our customers. The office does a great job with call aheads and follow ups.
