We had a tree fall next to our house that completely detached the wires all the way past the meter. I spoke with Gina to schedule an appointment unfortunately no appointments were available any time soon but because it was an emergency she bent over backwards to make it happen. They were at my home first thing the next morning. The technician was Cody he was very professional, and friendly he finished early enough to have the work inspected and the power turned back on the same day.I’m very impressed with viva’s customer service and the excellent work they performed.I’ll definitely use them in the future.
