This is the second time I have used Viva Electric, and I am thoroughly impressed. From the level of professionalism arranging an appointment, listening skills, communication on arrival time, personability and professionalism of the specialists, completed the work, and the work area was clean prior to departure. It is great to work with Viva and know whatever unplanned item that comes up can be addressed in a timely manner!

It's a horrible thing when you have to go through a crisis. But when you have people that show concern it makes it so much more bearable. Not only did the people I talked to show me concern. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel like a priority. It was such a relief to feel like I was in great hands.

Tried to get them to come and and give me a quote on a job, all they wanted to do was charge me 95.00/hr. Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some begging he asks...where are you again?
