Scheduled service a week in advance. When he did not show up on time I texted him, no response, I called him and he said that he would be an hour late. After 2 more hours I texted again, called again, no response. He never showed up. Never let me know that he was not showing up. Extremely unprofessional.

Roby was great to deal with. Aaron was our technician and he is very prompt, professional, and has so much knowledge. He explains everything to you and does a walk through. Definitely recommend!

He arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue without hesitation. I was able to place all of my electronics and appliances exactly where I wanted them.
