Chris arrived on time (actually early) and quickly set up. Very knowledgeable and personable, didn’t mind me peppering him with questions while he worked. Graciously ran a electrical test on my wife’s hair care appliances. Also discussed electrical safety with me. I actually learned a lot in addition to a quick repair. Everything I was told by this company happened as it should. Consider them my electrical repair company now, they will get my first call in the future.

Jose was Friendly, Professional, and did a great job! Wonderful company that does the job right the first time. I'm an electrical engineer so I know what I'm talking about in this case.

Had a great experience with Howdy Electric. Other places I called couldn't come out for several days to a week, they scheduled me next day. The technician Jason was very friendly and didn't mind me hovering for a few minutes to ask a bunch of questions. He was happy to answer everything. He quickly fixed the problems with how some of our circuits were wired. Being an hourly service I was naturally apprehensive about adding time when he had to run to the store for parts but all said and done he was back very quickly, work completely quickly and price was very reasonable for the work done. I will use them again would I need electrical work done.

Not going to highly recommend this service. Entire job was a battle to complete. While the electric work was fine and admittedly, the renovation work (outside of the service’s span of control) was delayed by cabinet company delays— the installation of appliances was done incorrectly. Microwave, oven and dishwasher were literally just pushed into their space and not secured at all. Had to have a second person come and do the job correctly (and my contractor had to spend his time assisting as a double wall oven install is not a one man job.). I had to secure the other appliances myself which I had paid this firm to complete. Lighting fixture installations and new outlet installs did turn out very nice. The experience was probably a 6 out of 10 but the interaction with owner (which started out great) left a bad taste in my mouth.

I used Arc for the renovation of a restaurant. They were nice guys but the lack of responsiveness and not showing up for work deserves even less than 1 star. I have built a lot of commercial properties, both remodeling and new construction and so I know how things are normally delayed and people are just doing their best to get things done with a certain amount of delay being normal. Arc had zero regard for timelines or for keeping to their word or about even responding. Afterwards we even found a few things they said they did and charged for but actually didn't and i had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The GC I used said that he had worked with Arc in the past but never seem them do such a bad job. This company was absolutely horrible, would never use them again.
