I have developed a great working relationship with Banks EC over the last year. They have provided timely service and have been very responsive to issue at our facility. The staff that I worked with have provided excellent customer service while adhering to our COVID protocols to ensure safety of our clientele. Zapp Electric is by far the easiest electrical company I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work. They never leave a mess and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner Zack was very nice and upfront on any costs and what they were for. From what I am told, each employee has years of experience and they wouldn't hire anyone without it. I mean you can't get an electrical license without years of experience anyway. So rest assured Zapp Electric will do the best job possible and leave you with the upmost relief of not having to worry that your electrical service is dangerous or against code in any way. After using Zapp Electric I promise they will be the ONLY company I call for electrical repairs or installations.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

We live in an older home, and we needed to upgrade our 2-prong outlets to 3-prong outlets. Plus, we needed to add some exterior outlets. We found them on Angie's List and saw very positive reviews. The owner gave us a very fair price, scheduled us quickly, and worked with our budget not to go over what we could afford. The work crew arrived on time, and did a thorough job, keeping us updated all the way. They were very respectful of our home, and were very courteous and friendly. They will definitely be our first call for future electrical projects, and we will tell our friends about the excellent, friendly service and prompt follow-through. Highly recommended.
