Planned out a project with Jesus for a significant overhaul of the knob and tube wiring in my house. He was very easy to work with and not only pointed out some concerns that needed to be addressed but offered ways to approach the project at a few different price points and stages. I plan to work with him on a separate project later in the year.

This group is AMAZING!!! We were beyond impressed by the professionalism, attentiveness, & ability of the Energy Technologies crew. We have an AC system which was installed by a DIFFERENT company about 2 years ago, which was not functioning properly. Hired Galaxy to install an electric car charger when our current solution was failing. They came out to give a quote right away and the charger was installed within two days.

This group is the real deal - Cecil and his guys really know what they are going. They did a rather complicated panel upgrade and relocation/rewiring project for us as well as a circuit addition for our laundry room. BEST exceeded our expectations on every front! The job turned out to be an enormous grueling effort over the course of two 12-hour days (a very old house that was long overdue for an electrical upgrade), and the whole team was extremely thorough, professional, and courteous the entire time. Cecil was also very proactive in pushing for permitting from the city, organizing inspections, establishing temporary power, and generally making the whole experience as painless as possible for us. He was also very honest and up-front with quotes as well and kept to it even when things turned out more difficult. A few minor things went wrong (as expected from a job of this scale) but they did everything in their power to make things right even after I had paid (for example coming back to fix up some minor drywall damage they missed and offering to pay for a hotel when the job progress left us briefly without power). Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Joseph was very responsive in scheduling a time to come out and troubleshoot the problems were having. The day he and his team member arrived they were able to quickly identify and fix our electrical issues. In addition to installing armored conduit and getting dead power outlets up and running again, he replaced our 10+yr old smoke and carbon detectors at a very reasonable price. Joseph and his team are very professional and do great work.

SeaTown sent Colby to address and diagnose a complex issue. Colby was friendly, patient and professional while we also tried to work with our home insurance company. Colby gave us a few different options - helped us come up with a temporary solution and advised us on how to fix our problem. Will definitely use SeaTown again in the future!

We used The Electric Company of Seattle for a full re-wire of our home and a panel upgrade in January 2021. Stellar group of folks who were incredibly communicative, did a tremendous job and left our home cleaner than we left it each day they were here. We had a couple of things since the install (a faulty CO detector, and a defective outlet) that they have come and replaced no problem. We will absolutely use The Electric Company of Seattle for all our electrician needs in the future.

Jeff was incredibly helpful in identifying an electrical issue with my home. When the problem became an emergency and hazard, Jeff was on site within the hour to resolve it and restore power. Andrea was also very communicative and helpful in coordinating getting Jeff on site and communicating with the power company. I had a new light fixture installed in the living room and 2 other light fixtures moved to a different location in the other rooms. Andrew was very professional, he verified where the studs where located and installed the box next to stud in the ceiling. He only cut the ceiling where he needed to thus reducing the ceiling repair work. I had him change the old light switches and install new dimmer switches as well. He spent the whole day to do the work which I felt could have been done in a shorter amount of time but looking back at the amount of work he did I now think it was fair. However I was surprised he didn't tell me that he had to come back to install arc fault breakers and I only found out after calling the office. Overall the quality of work was very good (compared to other electricians I have used in the past), communication can be improved and I will use their services again and do recommend.

Alex has been our electrician for 5 years and has helped with a wide variety of electrical projects from converting fluorescent fixtures to LED to tricky work in the panel. None of his work has failed, ever. He’s good at what he does, can problem solve on the spot, and charges the going rate. I highly recommend him.
