Ryan has exceptional customer service, and the company seems solid. Showed up on time and called and texted 30 minutes in advance. Ryan is five-star. The billing rates are three-star (yes, I get that the market is tight and rates reflect supply / demand but nevertheless too high). High rate aside, I plan to use Eco Electric for two additoptional jobs and would gladly recommend the company to friends and family. Just hope they send Ryan out again!

I recently had an old oil furnace removed and replaced with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. The entire process was smooth and easy, each person I worked with was helpful and professional. I felt that they really care about their work and took the time to make sure my project was done right. I really liked that they sent a text with a picture and short blurb about each person that came to my house, it felt very safe to have them in my home. Each person I saw was also very diligent about mask wearing and other COVID precautions. I would definitely work with them again for future home repairs.
