Best Sewer Main Installation in Seattle WA
Dontae did a great job, he was dealing with connectivity issues but was still able to get me the quote (well within general range for plumbers) and fix our drain in a timely manner. As many of us I was on a virtual meeting at work during this and I appreciated Dontae's noticing that and allowing time for me to step away and mask up a few times. Dontae also provided me with a good tip on anti-clogging products that would be useful in the future. I was thinking we'd have to schedule this appointment out a few days but on my initial call with 2 Sons Plumbing they found a slot the next morning and got here quickly. Finally, overall kudos to Dontae for coming masked up and practicing good COVID preventative behavior during the service. It can't be easy working during this pandemic in peoples' homes. I appreciate Dontae and this company providing timely, quality service in a safe way. Thanks Dontae and 2 Sons Plumbing, I recommend this company, Dontae and while I hopefully won't have any more plumbing issues for awhile I would use them again.

Tyler Garcia was on time, he was very professional and friendly with our entire family. It is awkward times with all of the corona stuff going on but Tyler wore a mask the entire time and he wore booties to keep our carpets clean. He did a lot of work and he was able to replace everything that we needed out of supplies from his truck. It was a very nice experience to have so much work and such complicated work taken care of so quickly and professionally. I will be using Eco electric in the future and I will be specifically requesting Tyler Garcia, he was all around great!

We have had a leaky shower head for months. Beacon Plumbing came back in December and the plumber (who mentioned that he had decades of experience) told us that he could take a look at it but couldn't predict it wouldn't be a big repair (i.e. tearing out the wall to get to the root of it, etc.) which he warned could be up to $6,000+! So he basically said to live with it. Of course, the drip became much worse (like a full-on steady flow) so we called Seatown. The technician came in and simply changed the cartridge for less than $500. He was courteous, professional, and even put on bright orange booties to cover his shoes before he stepped into our no-shoes-inside home. :D I only took one star off (and really it would only be a half star) because we were actually scheduled the day before but they were running behind. Such a relief to not have a waterfall in the bathroom anymore. THANK YOU, SEATOWN! You've made us new customers today.
