Their pricing is fair and they have a concierge available if you need a live human to talk to. They send out a text so you can follow along on where the technician is en route, and follow up immediately upon completion. Something was wrong with the shower after Roman had already left, and they don’t usually work on the weekends but Roman came back out on a Saturday and fixed it at no extra charge! Talk about great service!! We will definitely be using Fixer again and would highly recommend them!
