Accountability, Communication, and Quality were all top notch. I was able to quickly schedule a free estimate for a new water heater. Mike was helpful answering all of my questions about supply chain constraints and the possibility of converting to a tankless system.When I moved forward with a tank replacement Mike came out again to do the installation himself. I appreciate dealing with the same person for both the estimate and the installation.I would happily be a customer in the future.

I had them repair drywall which was a two day job. Day 1 went OK, and day 2 went especially well; the fixer came out and touched up some prior work and really did a good job. Jayme made things right when we had some issues and appreciate that level of customer service.

Arrived on time and sent text prior to arrival with photo of crew lead. At one time there were four skilled employees on site for our AC install. All were very professional. Area was cleaned up when they finished. Brandon spent time explaining the new thermostat set up and helped us set our program. Highly recommend this crew.

West Seattle E and S has served me over the past two years with four visits to fix various things...always great and very professional. I feel like I'm in good hands. Fair and competent. Most recent visit from Conner was excellent...did the troubleshooting and ended up going the extra mile to finish the work..much appreciated. I hardly ever recommend a service to friends....but, I've had good experiences with WSE&S which is why I bother to write this review. There are plenty of impostors...or outfits that do average work....WSE&S has been great to work with...
