I had Tommy come out to install a 240v outlet for a EV charger and add another outlet for a smart hub. Tommy was responsive, let me know pricing up front and communicated well throughout. He went above expectations when the device didn’t mount correctly and went back to the store to get right parts. His professionalism and quality are stand out traits and id highly recommend him.

Hired Galaxy to install an electric car charger when our current solution was failing. They came out to give a quote right away and the charger was installed within two days.

I’ve found my new electricians!!! All aspects of working with BEST was great. During the initial estimate the owner didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need but instead made thoughtful recommendations like changing some of my outlets to usb outlets. During the final walkthrough the crew was as excited as I was to see everything upgraded, consistent and shining bright (which I can control with dimmer switches lol). The crew worked hard, putting in 12hour days sometime to make sure they completed the project on time. They were super easy to work with too. They accommodated a change I made during the project and a change once everything was finished. They never made me feel like a burden or like I was putting them out. I’m also really proud to support a black owned business. If anyone asks me for an electrician recommendation I’m recommending BEST!

Even though we've run into some obstacles with the products they've been very patient and helpful and great at thinking outside the box for solutions. Would highly recommend!

Konsker is fantastic. Reliable, knowledgeable, & responsive. Our power went out in over 1/2 of our condo late Saturday night. Flipping the breakers did nothing. Even waited a few mins & tried again. Still nothing. I texted them and he called just a couple of minutes later. Gave me advice on what to try & let him know if it didn’t work. It worked! They literally saved the day as our condo is 10 degrees hotter than outside w/o the AC, & forecast was for 85, & we’ve got pets.

Jeff was incredibly helpful in identifying an electrical issue with my home. When the problem became an emergency and hazard, Jeff was on site within the hour to resolve it and restore power. Andrea was also very communicative and helpful in coordinating getting Jeff on site and communicating with the power company. After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

Larry and his team is professional and explains in detail what needs to be done accurately and being cost effective. They have worked on various projects in our home and will trust no one else!
