I can't tell you how awesome it was to finally have a plumber out who knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot! Carl didn't try to guess or hem-and-haw about the problem. He just knew and fixed it. We've had 2 other plumbers out who tried guessing and thought it would be too hard of a fix so they passed on the job. It was a seal...just a little black seal and BAM fixed!! Thank you Carl!! Also thank you to Trina who schedules...she was very patient with me while I freaked out before Carl came :)

Was a tricky install for both the sink and shower. Did a great job with both even though it took much longer than they anticipated to finish the work. All around very professional work.
