Had a burst pipe that was flooding the basement! We discovered it over the weekend, the team was responsive over the phone and helpful to diagnose on the call before telling us this did not need an emergency call. Gave us a 4hour window following Monday and the work was complete within an hour. The quote was more expensive than I thought for a one hour job. They charge flat rate though, so mine may have been an exception.Very professional and helpful technician (Joe). Gave tips for next time and also helped me talk through a future renovation project. Five stars for service and professionalism.

Initially had Seatown come out to look at my panel because I was having an electrical issue at my house, lights flickering and major power problems. Kurt figure out the problem immediately and explained why I needed a new panel. After scheduling, Kurt came out again and was very knowledgeable and was also very considerate to my requests. Also worked around a few issues with my current panel. Did an excellent job! Can’t be happier with the work. I had a few other electricians come out as well as Seatown for bids but Kurt and Seatown were by far the best in my opinion. If you value high quality work, Kurt and Seatown won’t disappoint!
