Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Garrett and his team went the extra mile! We had an emergency issue with what turned out to be our very old service drop and meter. It was arcing, half the house had power while the other didn't. Yikes. But Garrett came out the same day to diagnose the problem, replaced the needed parts, handled everything in a safe and professional manner and at reasonable price. We'll definitely call B&G again!

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

Very communicative and professional. They let us know exactly what was to be done and how long it would take. We were out of power for 96hrs due to a fell tree that tugged our power lines down and dislodged our power meter and mast. For first 48hrs, I couldn’t find any electrician with availability in next 3 weeks (and this was the week before Xmas!). We used Electricians Today to update wiring on a home we purchased that had unsafe 1970's wiring. Jeff is ultra competent and knowledgeable. It was especially wonderful that he arrived and did the work exactly in the timeline and price range promised.

Due to the complex nature of our electrical project, it took a long time to get started. But I do appreciate that their team was thoughtful on how they wanted to approach the project so that they could be as efficient as possible with their billable time. Once the project began, I was beyond happy with the results. Communication was nice and clear, their finish work was professionally done, Carlos was thorough with repairing electrical problems we were having around the house and thinking long term about his repairs so that they would last. I would highly recommend Exact Electric and they'll be my regular electrician in the future.

Alex installed a ceiling fan in a room that previously only had a simple light fixture. He arrived when he said he would, completed the work quickly and it looks great!
