Wish they could be a little cheaper

There was a windstorm that impacted quite a few areas. We lost 1/2 our power and had some unique problems due to a storm surge. Merv Electric came out right away, found the problems, and made sure everything was fixed correctly. Really appreciated their knowledge, communication on expectations, follow up, and their professionalism.

The service for my electrical needs was exceptional. The team was prompt, professional, and resolved the issues promptly. I'm grateful for their expertise and dedication to providing high-quality service.

Such a frustrating customer service experience. I had previously used Keithly and was happy with the quality of work and the technicians. However, the last two times I have tried to get a bid I've had a terrible experience. Most recently, I contacted them for a semi-emergency job. Their service model is that a customer service rep takes your information and then a project manager returns your call. This leaves the customer without ANY information about when a technician is available and whether it is possible to be seen quickly. It took four days for the project manager to even return my call so that I could find out when they are available. All the while, there is absolutely no electricity in half my home and a possible live wire in the wall.

Out of the other four companies I called, Keithly was the only one with this model. The other businesses I spoke with were able to quote wait times and schedules. I finally booked an appointment with someone else, since I was able to talk to a scheduler right away.

I will not be using Keithly in the future. I have some big needs in my home, and I have no desire to be placed in the black hole waiting for someone to get around to calling me back.

They were hired by the window company we were using. The engineer did not follow their instructions when moving a light and had to come back and redo the work. Not just a 2nd day, but a 3rd day. A supervisor had to come a 4th day to fix an outlet that smelled of smoke due to a burnt out wire nut that should have been replaced during the relocation. It was a very stressful experience.

Excellent communication and follow up after making an appointment. Job was completed before I could blink and ended up being less than the quote! They even set it up so future upgrades can be done quickly. Top notch customer service all around, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Fixed the problem but was very condescending

My contacts with this business were outstanding. The lights in my backyard is amazing, and they even installed the desired extras. They were really professional, considerate of my installation schedule, and attentive to my questions and concerns.

Nate was exceptional. He checked all my appliance amps and answered all my questions. He even gave me all the pros and cons on adding a 240volt to the panel in my condo unit in order to switch to an induction cooktop. He is very knowledgeable. When I have future electrical or plumbing work, I will call ECO. The front office kept me updated on arrival time via text message.

Jared checkeye did a great job at my brother in laws. Will for sure be using them again!

Had a good experience with the company overall. Adam Kemly was involved in the project from start to end. He made sure he answered all my questions and provided the information/documents i needed. Lary and Seth were on time on the day of service. The installation was complicated due to distance from the panel to garage. They completed everything in 2.5 hours and made sure they vacuumed the area before they left. The installation was neat. Lucy assisted with service and inspection scheduling.

I'm grateful for the reliable service. They were prompt and made sure my needs were met satisfactorily.

Economy Wiring Company installed all the electric line that I had for my remodeling house. The service was good and their service charge is fair. I recommend for anyone who wants quality job and affordable price.
