Super happy with Joe's / 2 Sons Plumbing! No hot water Friday before Memorial Day. Put in a request through Yelp on Thursday night responded immediately ! Talked on Friday morning and had someone here by 11:00 AM! Did an accurate quote and finished in only a couple of hours. Cleaned up mess and had hot water in time to do dishes Friday afternoon! Plumber was super friendly and explained everything in English!

I had Arron out to give me a quote to install a flex pipe from my furnace to the fixed gas pipe in response to a home inspection. He did a thorough inspection of the existing piping, answered my questions, fully explained the proposed work to be done, then promptly provided me with a detailed quote. He was professional, polite and very pleasant. Should we go ahead with this work, I will request for him to do the work.

Booked an appointment for various things around the house like hanging photos, repainting a wall, etc. Took the day off work, cleared all the surfaces and pulled the furniture from the wall Picked a 3-4pm arrival window, and at 3:50 they texted to say that they weren't coming and they'd auto-booked me for Monday morning at 9am and offered me a discount. Only a recorded customer service message at the number and only a text message asking me about the new slot. Really poor service
