Best Electrical Design in Seattle WA

We're just wrapping up a kitchen remodel, and our contractor used All Wire for the electrical work. First, they cut 10 or 12 4 holes across our garage ceiling to run some new wiring, and just left the holes open -- if they were going to do that, I would have rather they just run conduit across the garage. Then we failed the electrical inspection, for things like not having a GFI outlet near the sink, running plain romex cable or whatever in the island when it was supposed to be inside metal conduit, not grounding the electrical outlets, etc. Electrician 101 kind of stuff, it seems like. And when they came out today to fix the stuff that was flagged by the inspector, they sent the same guy out of course, and this time, he put a couple gouges in our brand @#$%ing new cabinets.
To be fair, the city of Bellevue inspector said, Wow, we don't usually see problems like this with this company, so maybe it was just one bad employee and you'll have better luck than we did (I hope you do). And of the reviews of this company on a different site, there's a 2 star review that calls out this same employee by name, and the other reviews are 5 stars. So if you use this company, you'll probably be fine as long as you tell them not to send Colin.

While my project came in higher than i expected, Obot was still worth the cost. They did a great job and were detailed in their work. My house was always treated with respect and cleaned up as they worked. Inspection passed with flying colors and not a single comment from the city of Bellevue. Estimator and work crew were professional, friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Had a sub-panel installed in my shop and they did a great job start to finish. Saved to my favorites so I can call them up next time I need electrical work.

Great experience with the company. Technician Jay came out for the inspection and bid. Jim in the office got me the bid the next day and we scheduled the work out for the next week. Jay arrived first thing in the morning to replace my whole panel and install a generator hook up. He was very fast and efficient, and walked me through the process of hooking up my generator. Great company to work with and will use again in the future!

The electricians are the best around.

We had a light flicker come back after a few months and called Smart Electric. Joe diagnosed the issue over the phone. He could've come over and charged a fee to do the temporary fix, but instead he communicated over days with Seattle City Light to permanently fix the issue. All throughout he was professional and courteous. Would recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Raincap on some electrical work that needed to take place in our home. Their lead electrician, Bryce, is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He gave us a fair estimate and was very honest regarding the scope of work that needed to be done. The two electricians, Pete and Josh, were also efficient, polite and knowledgeable. In addition, they followed COVID guidelines appropriately. We'll definitely use them again if we have further needs and I'd recommend them to anyone requiring an electrician.

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

Thanks to Sal, Derek, and Cody for the great work installing 7 infrared heat panels in our daylight basement! The panels are working great and have made a huge/immediate difference in what was a very cold space. We especially appreciate how great the team was with communication throughout the project - they were friendly, professional, and always verifying project details. If you have a project, call them now as they are busy and it took about 6 weeks to secure some time for them to come out!

I can't say enough about Electric Company of Seattle. I have had them out twice and they worked so fast, so knowledgeable, so nice, and so reasonable. I would have them back in a heartbeat, and I intend to spread the word to all my friends. They are truly the very best!!!!

Konsker Electric (Robert) gave me a quote to have some aluminum wiring in my old house replaced, in order to install a new oven, and his employees Alejandro and Fernando came out to complete the job. Robert identified in the first place that the wiring needed to be updated and replaced in order to support the voltage of the oven and to be safe, which the installation company had missed and had not even tried to install safely. The quote was very reasonable, and Alejandro and Fernando were fantastic and did a great job - very professional and communicative, and were able to work through a few issues that came up during the course of the work and get the job done successfully. I was very happy with the work, and it's great to feel comfortable that the job was done right and the oven was installed safely - thank you Konsker!
