I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. I needed a real professional who could diagnose and problem solve after a bathroom renovation (by real contractors) in a 1929 house caused a loss of power to 2 levels of a 4 story house. Skilled, reliable, courteous and honest, Alex did a great job restoring power to the partly renovated floor of this old house despite 2 other electricians not being able to find the problem. As expected it was rather complex with multiple issues when old knob and tube met 1950's DIY wiring that also involved the need to bring up to code and replace when the renovation exposed it. But Alex worked fast and in a focussed manner knocking off one by one. I also appreciate that he managed to get into existing nooks and crannies through joists and between floors without drilling holes in my closed walls everywhere for access. Alex explains his rates up front so there are no surprises and I can honestly say I will not be using any other electrician for anything ever again.

Our project involved installing heated floors in a couple of rooms on the opposite side of the house from our panel. Matt and Richard did a great job of running the line and keeping it from standing out along the house, and did a great job of keeping all the work clean and tidy. We ran into several issues from other contractors along the way - they always came to me with a detailed explanation of the issues and potential solutions. They were able to get inspections scheduled promptly and found a way to get in a follow-up appointment very quickly after another contractor finished their work. That, and they were the most competitive quote I received! I will definitely hire them for any future work and have already referred them to others.

I didn't even know where to begin with this project. It was a huge help to have OHM on the job. Charging from wall power was a totally non viable situation but now I'm on my way to joining the 21st century. Thanks OHM!
