Best Cleaning Water in Seattle WA

Plumber came out on home warranty repairs. He replaced shower cartridge and several leaks. First shower I lost hot water pressure, checked crawl space and found a leak that wasn’t fixed. Had another plumber out who fixed more leaks, replaced the shower catridge again and flushed line which got a piece of rubber out but hot water flow rate was still low. He told me the repairs wouldn’t be covered on home warranty. I talked to owner and he said he would charge me to repair the hot water flow because there was no way to prove if his plumbers caused the issue or not. I’m remodeling house and luckily was able to access plumbing from the other bathroom because I had to cut walls open and cut out piping. Long story short I found another piece of rubber in the piping that fit together with the first piece and when held up to a shower cartridge there is no doubt that the rubber came from the first cartridge. It was a large enough piece that it would have been hard to miss the fact it was left in the plumbing when the first cartridge was removed. The line may have been flushed during the first replacement but not adequately. Both plumbers were respectful but the fact the owner wasn’t about to make an honest mistake right is the reason I’m leaving this review.

Eco electric and plumping was great to work with. Over the phone, the appointment and updates about the appointment were clear and interactive (via text). At the appointment, I met with Nate who took the prioritized list of work I wanted to do to create an estimate. He gave me a few options to choose from based on the priority of the work. Nate was thoughtful, skilled, very knowledgeable and very friendly; and he had the ability to understand my highest priorities and my budget.I approved the estimate on site, and Nate worked for about 1/2 day to complete all the items. Overall, I would highly recommend Nate and Eco Electric and Plumping.

I haven’t used Fixer yet for home repair services, but I plan to call them very soon. I just learned about the company today when I suddenly had a flat tire several miles from my house while picking up my child from school. I made it to a gas station, but the employee there couldn’t do much for me, and I had no experience changing a tire, and no AAA membership. My luck changed when another customer pumping his gas nearby noticed my predicament, came over and offered to help. He found the source of the leak, pumped my tire back up enough for me to get to a tire shop, and gave me some helpful advice. I noticed he was wearing a shirt with “Fixer” on it, and when I asked about it, he told me he worked for the company as a handyman. He couldn’t have been any better of a representative for them! He was incredibly generous to take the time out of his day to help a stranger stranded at a gas station, and he was very intelligent and knowledgeable. He is exactly the kind of person I would love to hire to work on my house! I’ll update my review once I do have some work done with Fixer, but I wanted to go ahead and get this endorsement posted.

My daughter got an estimate from them for installation of a water heater and I told her $800 an hour for installation was ridiculous and that they saw her coming. She had already signed the contract and they told her they would charge her 10% of over $5,000 to install a water heater to cancel the contract so she felt bad and she went ahead and had them do it people do your homework The estimate from Lowe's or home Depot was $2,700 cheaper.
