So far this has only been a diagnostic visit and estimate, but it was an excellent experience. Project manager Omri Daushin arrived on time, and gave a thorough overview of his findings. No sales pressure, good advice. We need to think about our options, but the experience so far was five stars.

What a phenomenal company! We were looking to install solar in our home and needed to do a main panel upgrade to support the increased load. I reached out to Electric Heroes and they responded to us with a quote by the time most companies even called us back. We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us. The main panel looks and works great. What struck me most about this company was that the entire team was a delight to work with. Ana in the office was extremely helpful and communicative. She kept us informed and explained the whole process to us. Robert who came out to give us the estimate ultimately managed the project. We found both Robert and his crew to be extremely knowledgable. We are very impressed with Electric Heroes and have already started to plan our next project with them.

I had an issue with my oven range microwave breaker, kept on tripping. Paul was able to guide me over the phone to test different possibilities and it worked. He called me back to follow up. It turned out it was the microwave not the breaker. In the future if an electrician is needed they would be first on my list.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage

Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.

His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.

After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.

He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.

He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.

Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.

For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

Installed an EV Outlet, before starting the job he explained to me all the possibilities on how the outlet could be installed. He did a pretty good job and finished in a single visit, he was very nice and helpful explaining to me what all the circuits in my home go.
I would definitely recommend him for your electrical needs.

Installed a 220V outlet for an EV. Very competent and absolutely reliable. Showed up when he said he would, did great work. Knows his stuff and was able to make smart recommendations for best way to do the installation. Not the cheapest but not expensive and the work was impeccable.

I had a very negative experience with an employee.

Mr. Power House is great at communication and customer service. They came right on time and fixed my problem.

Doug, Henry's assistant was very efficient, neat and got the job done well. He noticed items that we had not thought of, but that were obviously in need of updating. All in all, we feel safer and that is a big relief. The job was done well too, and the price was reasonable.

I was impressed by Brian's frankness about the job we asks him to do. There was no beating around the bush in quoting us what the cost will be and my wife & I really appreciated that about him. He was very professional about the way he dealt with us and there was no room for misunderstanding about what we expect from his work. He always return calls if either I or my wife have any question and that was really a big thing if you are a customer. If he missed a call he made sure he got back to you. We like his professionalism and will not have second thoughts of hiring him again.
