I had Dollens come out to bid on installing a standby generator and they were friendly, on time, and professional. They walked me through options, explained what they were looking out and why and asked lots of follow up questions to make sure i was getting a bid for everything i wanted and needed.

I have used many, living in a 100 year old house, but when I purchased a hot tub, JMC Electric came out immediately and had me up and running the same day that my tub arrived. Did a google search for an electrician to install a 120v 30 amp RV recepticle. Had called another company first for an estimate. That electrician had no clue as to what a 30 amp outlet looked like so decided he wasn't the right person for my request. Recieved an email, text from Sonny (SJ Rios Electric) that he would call and set up appointment. Soon after Sonny called and we set up the appiontment for thursday morning with a reasonable estimate. Sonny showed up on time with tools and the materials go do the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Sonny also explained what he was doing why. Very informative took the time to show me the work. Sonny did a fantastic job in a reasonable time frame. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SONNY FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS! Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.
