Though we haven't used them to fix our issue due to budget constraints but they were very thorough, provided complete detail and suggestions were valuable.

Poor driver (plate ending in C2). Inconsiderate and dangerous on the road. Can't imagine they're trustworthy to do electrical work.

Carlos was excellent from start to finish. His quote was detailed and broke down all the parts and labor. He was diligent and careful with our house and working with the other drywall contractors. He was flexible enough to add some additional work as needed when we decided to do some extra work while he was there. We also did extra work with him partly because we could see how well his work was going. His estimates in labor time and parts were very close to final price and I appreciated his experience and clear communication. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. Very friendly, reasonable cost. Mike did some work on a 220 EV charging outlet a couple years ago that ran into some trouble again last week. He stopped by the next day (a Sunday) and repaired the issue at no cost or materials, even when I offered. The service, availability, and cost were worth 5 stars, but standing by work from several years ago is why he's now the Electrician in my phone.

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.
