Best Industrial Electrical Contractor in San Jose CA

What a phenomenal company! We were looking to install solar in our home and needed to do a main panel upgrade to support the increased load. I reached out to Electric Heroes and they responded to us with a quote by the time most companies even called us back. We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us. The main panel looks and works great. What struck me most about this company was that the entire team was a delight to work with. Ana in the office was extremely helpful and communicative. She kept us informed and explained the whole process to us. Robert who came out to give us the estimate ultimately managed the project. We found both Robert and his crew to be extremely knowledgable. We are very impressed with Electric Heroes and have already started to plan our next project with them.

Paul Huerta came to look at what I thought was a breaking bathroom fan. Turns out it was just a little dirty! It would have been so easy for him to tell me it needed replacing, but he didn't and his honesty has definitely earned him a customer.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage

Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.

His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.

After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.

He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.

He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.

Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.

For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

Electricia has helped me install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. They are very responsive and get the job professionally done regardless of the size of project.

The technician they sent literally came to our rescue after we had tried to install a new light fixture ourselves and lost power to all of the wall outlets. They are a very responsive service, and you can tell they care about the job being done right. We will call them first next time. No more DIY electrical for us.

Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.

My company has had Sanchez do everything from small projects to major commercial upgrades since 2012. They respond quickly, are great and easy to work with, and do an amazing job. We've convinced all our neighboring companies to use them as well. We haven't had a contractor yet beat the service, price, and quality from Sanchez.

TPE installed 4 recessed lights in our kitchen and they look great! The install was fast and clean too, which was awesome.

I'm a do-it-yourself kinda guy when it comes to a lot of things around the house, but when it comes to electrical it better be done right. I had ECS Electricians install some recessed lighting recently and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would definitely use them again.

Phil from Mitchell Electric was simply amazing today when we needed help with a prong that broke off in the wall outlet of my kids's room. I left a message and he called me back promptly, then arrived at my door about 45 mins after that. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our problem resolved in minutes. His rate was extremely reasonable and I am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a great electrician.

This electrical contractor met and exceeded my expectations, ensuring a proper honest construction schedule and completing projects with proper deadlines avoiding any obstacles. This electrical contractor is extremely recommended in private, public works, and governmental sectors all insurance requirements and certifications are up to par shown in our agreement.
