What a phenomenal company! We were looking to install solar in our home and needed to do a main panel upgrade to support the increased load. I reached out to Electric Heroes and they responded to us with a quote by the time most companies even called us back. We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us. The main panel looks and works great. What struck me most about this company was that the entire team was a delight to work with. Ana in the office was extremely helpful and communicative. She kept us informed and explained the whole process to us. Robert who came out to give us the estimate ultimately managed the project. We found both Robert and his crew to be extremely knowledgable. We are very impressed with Electric Heroes and have already started to plan our next project with them.

I found him to be very professional who wants to do everything right, by the book. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to doing a good job. He is also very polite, friendly and responsive.

Roby came out to give me an estimate on replacing my current HVAC system with an electric heat pump system (I was looking at a Mitsubishi ducted system). He was awesome, even going up into the attic (and it was really hot up there!) while others I called only popped their heads into the attic opening and could not really see what I currently have; truly impressive. Roby asked me lots of questions and also provided a lot of information; in other words, he was very thorough. I am still in the research phase, but I will be looking to Roby for his expertise in making my buying decision!

Made an appointment 2 days ago for a consult with text confirmation of date and time. No confirmation reply other than a phone call with an apology at the time of our appointment. He apologized for the miscommunication and said he would arrive within 30 minutes... waited a hour and still no show. Eventually cancelled my appointment.
