My name is Scarlet, i just did my Lighting fixtures with this company , I never thought I will meet angels in this world specially these days, well I did , their names are Kelly, Arial ( hope I spelled it correctly ) and Edwin these tree angels honestly did such an amazing job on my lighting, so beautiful, clean and very much on time with the fast response I can go on and on , you will never be sorry if you deal with these people and the company, thank you guys so much to make me so happy And I’m very sure I will still be doing some business with you so hopefully I’ll see you soon thank you again.

I was very happy with their work upgrading my range service to 40A.

Our project involved installation of 24 recessed LED lights, all wiring and 6 dimmer switches in 5 rooms. They worked with our schedule, showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently. Their work was high quality, looked attractive, and they cleaned up the work area. After they finished, there were two bulbs that needed to be replaced or adjusted. No problem, they came out and addressed our issues the following day. They were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Their bill was very reasonable. We will use them again on any electrical needs that we have.

Poor driver (plate ending in C2). Inconsiderate and dangerous on the road. Can't imagine they're trustworthy to do electrical work.

The shop is almost 100 years old I've been working for them for 12 years. They are a full-service go the extra mile to deliver quality services

Very unprofessional company. They backed out on confirmed quote saying we have received large implementation project and all resources are deployed to that project. Before that they became un-responsive for almost a week and stopped responding to my email and calls. Attached is the signed and approved quote snapshot which ENE is now saying that I didn't agree and that caused them to back out which is completely false statement. Negotiations are part of all the deals and we had the negotiations as well and we agreed to a price and signed the quote later.

Mr. Power House is great at communication and customer service. They came right on time and fixed my problem.

I got Sonny's name / Company (Rios Electric) off a neighborhood bulletin board. Many many members praised Sonny for his work and professionalism, and I can see why.

There's 'always' been a problem with mold in our Master Bath. The last time we had it cleaned the representative said the molds grow so quickly as there is no moving air. Water just sits there for a long time after each use. He recommended an Air Fan in the ceiling, I thought that would be a great solution.

So the next time Rios Electric was named - I knew it was time for me to call. Sonny returned my call promptly and - things were set to go.

From our conversation he generally knew what to expect. Upon arrival I received a reasonable bid, and then we had a discussion about which fan unit / Brand to install. He recommended the Panasonic as it was high end quality and a very low operational 'hum'. He was right. We can hardly hear it running when we're in bed.

With this great experience we needed / used Sonny's services again. This time to deal with a problem of a fuse continually 'blowing' in hot weather - when the freezer was working extra hard.

Wow, this solution was broad and extensive... When our house was built they put a ton of receptacles on the same circuit. Get this, the middle bathroom, utility room and 'two' garage outlets. No wonder it kept blowing - we had a FREEZER, water softener, in constant use, a washer & dryer occasionally in use - but the big thing was when PLUGGING IN MY WIFE's PRIUS - what a power drain.

It was obvious we needed another circuit breaker BUT with no more slots available - we had to go with a new / bigger breaker panel.- no decision needed. Sonny masterfully installed this and did a good job of covering up the cut Sheetrock.

Also, during the process Sonny noticed a cord going from one overhead light to the other with only an extension thick cord. He said that had a high level of fire danger. Well he fixed that too.

Well since we were taking care of electrical needs, I mentioned I wanted another dedicated outlet in the garage - this one in front of the other side of the garage - just in case another electric car was in the future. :)

In summary, I can't say enough about my pleasure and the results provided by Sonny / Rios Electric. I will definitely use Rios Electric in the future for any of my electrical needs

I was referred to Avant Electric by a friend. Brian was very professional, easy to communicate, and pleasant to work with. He did a great job installing a Level 2 EV charger for me. I definitely will work with him again in the future and recommend his service to other.

They are wounderful to work for .
They stick to code and stand by their employs .
I wish that i would have waited at least two more weeks to work for them ... im sorry . I just had too much on my plate..

I was in need of a power restoration specialist, and we found the electrician through our network of contacts. The electrician was incredibly responsive and quick to get back to us with in-depth knowledge about the issues we were having with our power system. He came out on the same day and had our power restored within a few hours!

Excellent service, showed up on time and repaired our power outage.

Awesome place to work

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

I work graveyard shifts at my job and a huge part of my job is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Well the other night we had a storm and our power shut off but we have back up generators, however they haven't been used in so long they weren't working either and for our company that's a BAD thing cause we need our machines running all day all night. Luckly nite and ay power has ups backup system and came out to help us right away! They got to my site fast and just in time!
