I never write reviews, but I set up an apt with John to come out and look at a buzzing appliance. He said the service call would be free, and we scheduled it. He called me 2 minutes later and told me that they changed their mind essentially and would now charge $95 to come to my house. I guess I could get that if I was far from them, but I’m a 10 minute drive so I know that’s not the case. I cancelled immediately. This is not what I would expect from a company with ALL 5 star reviews. What a waste of time and a terrible way to treat a new customer.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I would highly recommend mega electric for any of your electrical issues whether minor repairs or complex installation.

Art is *incredible*. My light fixture was old and broken. From the time I initially contacted him, it was only about 2 hours before he had gone to Home Depot for me, purchased the correct light fixture on my behalf (texting me options), and arrived at my home to replace the fixture. He also fixed a broken bulb on our stove top, and replaced the dimmer on our next fixture for free.

I used BV twice and referred them to my new neighbors. There work was excellent BUT

Two things. They moved the charger from one house to another but did not move the mount. And, more importantly, the person who came to measure the distance of the cable in the new residence, did not measure correctly and the workers had to wait over an hour for enough cable to be delivered so they could finish the job. A waste of both their and my tome.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

I'm so happy I called Eddie. I was having issues with a short circuit, and he walked me through the issue over the phone, saving me a site visit and lots of headache. He knows his stuff, was very patient, and helped me get my electrical issue quickly resolved. I haven't had any issues since. Happy to have his number in my phone now for any electrical issues in the future. Thanks Eddie!
