Michael is the best electrician. I have used him both in a condo and a single family home. He explains the issues and explains the possible solutions. Excellent work, shows up on time, and cleans up after himself. I always call Michael any time I have electrical needs. 5 Stars and highly recommended.

I recently got a bid for a project from a different electrical company that I was very unhappy with. Not only was the quote very high, but their suggested approach was extremely complex and would have involved tearing down walls and tearing my yard.

Then I remembered that I'd had a positive experience with Chasov Electric several years ago so I reached out. Michael came out to inspect our property and immediately proposed a much simpler and more cost effective solution. He took photos on his tablet and sent mockups of his proposed design in advance.

Harry and Alex completed the project and they were delightful to work with. They arrived on time, confirmed details and decisions with me throughout the day, and carefully inspected all their work prior to departing. I'm very happy with how the work turned out.

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and creativity of Chasov Electric. They are true engineers and electrical magicians. I would definitely recommend them, especially for any projects requiring creative or complex electrical solutions!

Called A24 at an odd hour - Eddie picked up immediately and helped me to diagnosis my problem and how to restore electricity overnight on my own before coming over first thing the next morning for an extremely-efficient and quick service. You can count on Yevgeny, he goes above and beyond to help his customers! Yevgeny helped me when the water heater for my tenants went out. Although he did not install the water heater, originally, he patiently explained my options. He squeezed time into his busy schedule to replace a faulty gas value and got the hot water working again. I will definitely call Yevgeny again for my plumbing needs!

All Bay Solar is the crew that you want if you want a fair priced roof and solar installation done right. I hired All Bay Solar to tear off my 30+ year old roof and replace it with a solar reflective roof along with 4.735kW of SunPower A-Series Panels and an upgraded 200A service panel. Like any construction job there were surprises and unexpected developments that came up but when they did, Carlos, the owner, took responsibility for ensuring that my expectations were met or exceeded. He and his crew were at my house for 4-5 days and we developed a good level of trust.

All Bay Solar is the contractor that you want to work at your house during COVID. They have done a great job training their crew to take proper precautions and wear face coverings while on the job. Given how hot it is up on the roof during the day that is really impressive. He also proactively had his entire crew COVID tested when someone at their company came in close contact with someone who had tested positive. They are responsible and organized and take the risks of COVID seriously.

Trevor was patient and took his time to explain everything that was going on. He fixed my issue quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Spark smith will be my first call next time!

I needed help after frying a breaker (it’s Christmas and I’m running a bunch of electrical load). Genesis was responsive right away, and even though they didn’t have the part needed to fix my issue, they went out of their way to tell me what I could do to fix it on my own. I was able to track down the right breaker and swap it out, holiday saved. It’s great to know businesses still operate like this.
