Victor and his team completely rewired and upgraded the electrical service to my entire home, and the process couldn't have been smoother! They pulled permits, met with City inspectors, and got everything signed off without any issues. Communication was excellent, and they made great suggestions when I was unsure. Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

I am SOOOOOO glad I called Bay Electric regarding an inspection of my condo building's electrical system that our new insurance company was requiring. Kevin was traveling, but still got back to me ASAP -- he was super responsive, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. Another electrician had said it would cost at least $1500 to do the electrical inspection and report. But Kevin did it in an hour and charged me his very fair and reasonable hourly rate. If I ever have electrical issues/needs again, I'll definitely be using Kevin again.

I hired Sergio based on a on NextDoor recommendation. He is a state licensed electrician who has previously done work for contractors. He came out the same day to give an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. His rates are reasonable and he uses high quality materials. I was very happy with the work that was done. Our bathroom socket is finally up to code with a GFCI circuit. Thanks Sergio!

This company wasted my time. They say they're a small company and use that as an excuse to not give new hires enough information about the requirements. Don't come here thinking that you'll be accommodated by the friendly voice of Nina Phan or Luis Savala. They like to make it seem that you'll have a job but if you're truck is in service, they lay you off; and they don't pay for maintenance to your machine. So be careful when you work with them using your own car or truck because they only pay 1 full tank per week and parking. Don't take public transportation to them. Make sure you ask way too many questions to them or they'll think you're being dishonest.
