They pulled permits, met with City inspectors, and got everything signed off without any issues. Communication was excellent, and they made great suggestions when I was unsure. To top it off, they are really nice, trustworthy people!

Michael is the best electrician. I have used him both in a condo and a single family home. He explains the issues and explains the possible solutions. Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

I am getting natural gas out of my 1920s home, and Eric from All-Electric California helped me game out what I needed to do with my electric panels to 1) get up to code and modern safety standards, and 2) prepare for my next few steps of installing heat pump HVAC, heat pump hot water, EV charger, and electric fireplace insert. My panel and sub panel were mysterious, often labeled incorrectly, and even had arcing happening in a troubled switch. Eric helped me fit all my needs into my 100 amp panel without upgrading my service from the street. It was great to find a knowledgeable contractor who understood my vision and helped me make it happen!

I lost the electricity in half my house and was unable to reset the circuit breakers. Using FaceTime, the electrician could see they looked fine. After he requested to view the wires outside my house, he determined that the problem is likely a PG&E problem. He didn’t charge me for his time and even sent me the PG&E phone number. After a stressful day with only 1/2 my electricity, it was a pleasure to talk to someone who tried to resolve the problem over the phone. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
