Best New Commercial Construction in San Francisco CA

Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I would highly recommend mega electric for any of your electrical issues whether minor repairs or complex installation.

Amazing and kind service. He even offered to guide me through the work (light dimmer replacement) myself for free, but I wanted him to come in case I had issues. He guided me through the work so I could even do it properly myself in the future. I'm so happy I called Eddie. I was having issues with a short circuit, and he walked me through the issue over the phone, saving me a site visit and lots of headache. He knows his stuff, was very patient, and helped me get my electrical issue quickly resolved. I haven't had any issues since. Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Fast response, easy communication and really fair rates. Another company tried to take advantage of us, but Bay Electric was honest and fixed our problem correctly and at the right price.

Chris Murtagh and Paganini Electric were professional, proactive, reliable, and effective throughout our office build out project during this most difficult time of the pandemic. Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. Val Dimitrov of Value Electrical Construction did a fantastic job with a complex electrical job. I added 2 rooms and a bathroom in a San Francisco home, and it is very difficult to go through the mundane bureaucratic San Francisco city process of electrical permits and approval throughout the process from start to finish, which requires multiple approvals through the entire process. Val was thorough in the work performed by him and his team and from the initial city approvals, opening of the walls and the completion of the project that was approved by the city of San Francisco with all permits. Great Job Val!

This guy did a very professional job regarding the repair of my wiring that was overheated. He was very accommodating and considerate while he was at my house working. He never tried to sell me something I don't need or charge me for things I don't need. I am very excited to work with this company in the future. Highly recommended!
