The electrician was meticulous and did the service as promised. He communicated well throughout and did what he said he would do. I was very pleased with the work, which wasn't expensive. Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Extremely unprofessional company. They lay off employees discreetly, without offering any severance package or notice period. My acquaintance was sacked within 2 hours, with no prior intimation or severance package. This company needs to be dragged to US Federal Court.
